The Peninsula of Argentario is easily one of the most beautiful peninsulas in the whole of Tuscany. Home to just a handful of small towns, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano being the most important ones. The rocky shores of Argentario are full of small, breathtakingly beautiful bays.

The peninsula is surrounded by a winding, panoramic road that opens up on some truly spectacular views, and, weather permitting, one can even see the Island of Giglio, which can be reached by a ferry, which makes rounds several times per day.

Argentario is also very popular with diving enthusiasts, thanks to its clear waters and colourful plants and fish one can discover at the bottom. Don’t forget to enjoy the tasty local cuisine, dominated by fresh fish and seafood!
